IBAT is proud to announce that Brandy Patterson, Digital Compliance Officer at Compliance Select, has been elected President of Financial Women in Texas (FWIT) for 2025–2026. A longtime FWIT member, Patterson previously served as Secretary and as Vice President of the Gulf Coast Group.

With more than 17 years of community banking experience, Patterson has held roles in fair lending, BSA, real estate appraisal review and frontline banking, most notably during her tenure at The First State Bank in Louise. She is a certified regulatory compliance manager (American Bankers Association) and a certified community bank compliance officer (Independent Community Bankers of America).
