Anne Balcer of Community Bank Advisory Services, LLC Makes Top 500 List
AUSTIN, TX— The Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) is proud to announce that Anne Balcer, IBAT’s General Counsel and Principal of Community Bank Advisory Services has been chosen as one of Washington, D.C.’s most influential people of 2026.

She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Texas.
