IBAT has named Apryl Salazar President – IBAT Performance, Inc., a reflection of her leadership and longstanding commitment to supporting community banks.
With 19 years of banking experience, Apryl has built her career around compliance, risk management and relationship-driven service. She began her journey in community banking while earning her master’s degree in Constitutional Law from The University of Texas at Dallas and has since served in roles including Chief Compliance Officer, CRA Officer and BSA/OFAC Officer.
Since helping launch the Compliance Select Program in 2022, Apryl has been instrumental in providing community banks with practical tools and guidance to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. She will continue to oversee the Compliance Pathways and Compliance Select programs, while leading IBAT Performance, Inc. into its next phase of growth.
