Committees
The Independent Bankers Association of Texas is a member-driven organization. Community bankers are facing some tough challenges, but we have the opportunity to determine policy matters for our association and our industry.  More than 170 community bankers and bank suppliers from around the state assist IBAT each year by serving on one of our boards or committees. These volunteers work together to keep our industry thriving and competitive.
