| LEGAL EASE QUESTION OF THE WEEK |

Question: Are all Members or Managers always listed on LLC entity documents when they are submitted to the Secretary of State by the company? I have LLC documents approved by the state indicating one Manager for the LLC. However, the company is asking me to list both signers on our resolution as Managers. My question is this: Do I need to require them to provide us with updated LLC documents that have been submitted to the Secretary of State and approved and indicate both signers as Managers?

| BAKER WEEKLY |

Treasuries prices rose last week with negative economic news still making headlines. The yield on the 10Yr Treasury Note fell 13bps in one week’s time, from 4.26% to 4.13%, while the 2Yr Treasury Note fell 20 bps, from 3.03% to 2.83%. The dollar continues to suffer against a basket of foreign currencies as weakness in the U.S. market rears its head yet again. Crude oil, which is denominated in dollars, rose to a record high last Monday, just shy of $140/bbl during intraday trading. Read more in this week's Baker Weekly.
