De La Rue Cash Systems helps to deliver “concierge” service
Several of the key note speakers at the IBAT Convention last week recommended that bankers consider the idea of having a "concierge" service concept of some kind.  Do it in a pod, do it at a counter, or do it in a "power path".  There were lots of ideas for attendees to digest.  This concept can be effective in banks of all sizes in all communities.
In its simplest form, a bank identifies one of its best, most experienced people and changes their title.  Take any space - existing or new - let the person use it as a base of operation, power it with a cash dispenser or recycler so that the concierge can also do teller transactions "on the spot", allow the concierge to walk around the branch to direct customers to resources and discourage would-be robbers by keeping an eye on the front doors and parking lot.
De La Rue Cash Systems’ Cash Dispensers and Cash Recyclers can help you implement the “concierge” service concept.  In order to learn more about these products please contact De La Rue’s Southwest Sales Vice President, Jim McAllister, at 512-342-7938 or visit De La Rue at www.us.delarue.com
