Are you looking for a program that reduces time and money and increases profitability? IBAT recently endorsed MSI for their CRM program. CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, is a company-wide business strategy designed to reduce costs and increase profitability by solidifying customer loyalty. Once thought of as a type of software, CRM has evolved into a customer-centric philosophy that must permeate an entire organization. Contact Bill Armistead at MSI today, and he will tell you about an online demo that will help you learn more about their CRM program - CONNECTIONS! |
